Responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing the overall social media strategy through paid and organic channels.
Strategise the content calendar for organic social media posts across channels, geographies, functions & timezones to increase funnel growth
Own social listening & conversations on online communities and platforms to leverage brand awareness, thought leadership & lead generation
Work with influencers in multiple campaigns and projects to increase brand reach & awareness across channels
Plan budget spend for social media campaigns across channels & regions to increase efficiency and decrease costs
Oversee execution of campaigns across channels to optimize CPL, CPS, CPC & CTR
Generate and analyse reports regularly to understand funnel conversions, revenue targets and marketing mix for each region and how to optimize the same.
Collaborate with agencies and in-house teams to drive projects around demand generation, brand awareness, website traffic, webinar registrations, product launches, partnership activities, employer branding, recruitment & more.
Mentor and manage a team to ensure efficiency in social media marketing initiatives

Qualifications and Experiences
MBA in Marketing
7-12 years of experience in Digital marketing/ Social Media Marketing
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, tools & more
Working knowledge of scheduling tools like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer etc; Native Social Ad platforms, Hubspot, Salesforce, Google Analytics
Data-Driven with a flair for creativity and a keen eye for detail
Functional: Team Management, Regular Reporting with Analysis, New Initiatives, Paid Campaign Performance
Behavioural: Creativity, Cross Team Collaboration, Internal & External communication
Reporting to: VP - Corporate Marketing
