FP&A Manager - Opex

PicsArt is seeking a FP&A Manager - Opex. This role will manage FP&A activities such as month-end close, opex planning, variance analysis, but also helping our business scale by conducting strategic planning, business analysis, and process enhancements. In addition to very strong technical skills, this position will require superb business process analysis and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for all Operating Expense planning and reporting, including headcount planning
  • Provide support to the Head of FP&A on the annual plan, quarterly forecasts, long-range planning, and regular monthly and quarterly reporting to the Management team
  • Ensure alignment on headcount processes and approvals with HR, recruiting and hiring managers
  • Perform monthly variance and performance analysis against budgets and forecast to help business partners effectively manage their OPEX budgets, assess risk and opportunities and support their business decisions
  • Work cross functionally and support global business stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of Financial Modeling, Financial Statements and Accrual Accounting Concepts
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of precision and attention to detail
  • Create strong business partnerships with business leaders across the company.
Qualifications:
  • SaaS experience required
  • Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in Accounting, Finance, Math or Economics
  • 5+ years experience in Business / Financial Analysis / FP&A
  • Excellent data/financial modeling and analysis skills
  • Advanced Excel Skills required (SQL experience a plus)
  • NetSuite experience a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; a master financial storyteller
  •  Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated
