Snapdocs is an early-stage, rapidly growing company backed by investors like Sequoia Capital, SV Angel, and Y Combinator. We are tackling the massive mortgage market, developing modern software for an industry that still relies on fax machines and manila envelopes. We’re growing at breakneck speed, with an innovative product and unique approach to streamlining real estate closings. This positions us to lead the industry’s digital transformation.
 
Snapdocs currently serves four customers: lenders, title companies, signing services, and notaries. As our growth has accelerated, it has become clear that dedicated leadership can drive rare results. As such we are seeking the right person to lead our title, signing service and notary business (together, Snapdocs Scheduling).
 
Part of our leadership team, the Director of Product Settlement Services will have accountability to key financial, growth, and investment outcomes. These include but are not limited to:
 
 Executing against our core targets: 1) maximizing market share at target economics, and 2) maximizing the network value;
- Setting, articulating, and socializing a vision for the business
- Translating that vision into resource plans and strategies
- Managing outcomes across different parts of the organization, including:
- Product
- Sales & Marketing
- Partnerships
- Customer Success & post-sale execution
 
The ideal candidate thrives on owning all results of the business. Your key strengths are in product leadership with a track record of owning successful products that win the market. You have strong familiarity with network effects and how to leverage those to grow a business and deepen the value to users. With your 10+ years of experience, your success and ownership goes beyond product - you’ve owned success in a variety of different contexts and areas across the business, in particular tied to driving commercial success.  Parsing market data into actionable product insights will be key to success. You have the versatility to drive outcomes in multiple contexts-- with customers, within our executive team, and across various functions in the company and the commercial agility to navigate customer-facing conversations, internal product & strategy dialog, and analytical conversations with comfort and skill.
