We are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition to join our diverse team of people who are passionate about taking the real estate industry into the age of technology through innovation and a desire to solve its multitude of challenges.
What you will do:
- Drive end to end recruitment process.
- Partnering with Regional team on Talent Acquisition initiatives & improvements in local.
- Maintain good communication with different stakeholders within the organization to understand business needs and changes.
- Provide guidance to junior recruiters.
- Build stronger talent communities and pipeline
- Collaborate with People Ops regarding the Talent Management
- Initiate and drive end to end employer branding
What you are/have/will be:
- Previous working experience preferably as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for 3 years.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human resources or similar relevant fields.
- Experienced in recruiting tech talents.
- In-depth knowledge of candidates selection methods.
- Excellent understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes.
- Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills.
- Impactful presentation style.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.
- A positive, “can do” attitude.
