At Bird, we’re on a mission to make cities more livable by reducing traffic and carbon emissions with an affordable, convenient, and eco-friendly transportation option. We planted roots in Los Angeles, California. Now, our fleet of electric scooters is available to riders in cities around the world for short trips or the “last mile” of their journey. In our first year, Bird launched in over 100 cities and provided over 10 million rides. And we’re only just getting started.
What you’ll do:
Develop/assist in developing sales presentations and other sales materials
Maintain and manage supply of sales materials
Identify new sales/business opportunities
Optimize sales tracking within internal CRM systems
Responsible for sales order compliance and compliant sales processing
Interact with clients, customers, and retailers regarding their orders
Work cross functionally with other departments to meet product readiness expectations
Manage reporting on team metrics and goals
What You'll Need:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
2+ years experience in sales, operations, or customer service
Passion for Bird and experience working in a high growth environment
Extensive sales and customer service skills
Ability to effectively communicate with clients and coworkers
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft/Google Suite
Prior experience with CRM and GL softwares (Salesforce, Netsuite, etc.) a plus
