Fave connects merchants and consumers to deliver seamless QR payment experience and merchant loyalty cashback rewards. It serves as a payment aggregator for the most popular cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) and wallets (GrabPay, Boost, OVO). Integrated with other strategic partners Fave offers merchants more value add and more customer exposure through marketing, data, financing and operations. Merchants can now focus on what they do best for their customers; because everything else is taken care of.

As a Business Development - Key Accounts, you will:-

  • Work with Head of Key Accounts to define account strategies, identify and close opportunities to drive business expansion within the new strategic accounts
  • Articulating a clear vision and generating enthusiasm, and while impacting all business groups in potential accounts including working at the most senior level within these accounts and help implement a broad strategy.
  • Work with all appropriate resources (Managing Director, Direct Manager, Marketing, Partner support, service teams and other teams) to support merchant's interests
  • Develop and execute against account plans, meet and exceed your goals and targets.
  • Articulate compelling value propositions around the organisation's services.
  • Work with partners to extend reach and drive adoption of solution to improve partner's revenue.

Requirements:-

  • Positive mindset and keen to learn attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skill
  • Proven ability in negotiate
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • Experience working towards and exceeding targets
  • Past experience working with Tech platform serving F&B partners is a plus
