Responsible for the management of marketing programs and website operations through active collaboration with marketing, sales, and product teams. The objective is to maintain scopes and timelines for marketing programs as well as ensure the upkeep and regular updates to the website.
Manage multiple programs within the Digital CoE and ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
Scoping, management, and delivery of programs in conjunction with Product Marketing, Regional GTM, Content Marketing, Leadership, Growth, and other teams
Reporting and analyses of program effectiveness and implement improvements accordingly.
Working closely with field marketing, email marketing, growth, and other teams on organizing and managing webinars.
Oversee website management and manage the quality and usability of the website
Manage website requests from various teams and track resource and time management
Work with content, design, and front-end team to optimize the website to improve metrics like conversions, time spent on-page, form-submissions, etc.
Track and measure website performance and implement A/B tests to make improvements
Work with our marketing and sales teams to become a specialist on the company's lead funnel - from web visitor to customer and everything in-between.
Participate in marketing technology evaluation.
Qualifications and Experience
MBA in Marketing
3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS
Proficient with Hubspot, WordPress, Drift
Proficient with social media tools such as Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
Familiarity with HTML and CSS
Measure of Success
Maintain programs and website operation SLAs
Quality of reporting and analyses
Improve MQL and PQL numbers through the website
Improve traffic to lead ratios QoQ
Improve conversions through tools like Drift and Hotjar
Functional competency: Tech Savvy, webinar tools/ technologies, Website optimization, demand generation, project management,
Behavior/ Leadership competency: Managing effective stakeholder communication, conflict resolution, training skills
