 As a Merchant Marketing Executive, you will:-
  • Strategize and maintain key campaigns for acquisition, lead nurturing, lead management, retargeting and conversion.
  • Create and optimize content with an omnichannel marketing approach (landing pages, social media, EDM and push notification) in the merchant acquisition and activation flow. 
  • Build, review, and optimize marketing and sales workflows accordingly for leads distribution to the sales team.
  • Strategize marketing communications with leads and merchants based on merchants lifecycle, personas, segmentation and user behaviour through the CRM platform.
  • Develop and analyze reports to track attributions, metrics and conversion rates from marketing to sales performance.  
  • Able to demonstrate empathy to the target audience and strategise campaigns based on different personas
  • Team player - able to work hand-in-hand with internal stakeholders
  • Highly proficient in written and spoken English. Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus.
  • Understanding of HTML and CSS is an advantage.
