- Strategize marketing communications merchant lifecycle, personas, segmentation and user behaviour through the CRM platform.
- Create and optimize content for EDM and push notification in the customer acquisition and activation flow.
- Develop and analyze reports to track metrics and conversion rates from marketing to sales performance.
- At least 1-2 years experience in marketing and strong knowledge in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Data driven, organised and detail-oriented
- Strong analytical skill
- Team player - able to work hand-in-hand with internal stakeholders
- Able to demonstrate empathy to the target audience and strategise campaigns based on different personas
- Highly proficient in written and spoken English. Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus.
