As a CRM Executive, you will:- 
  • Strategize marketing communications merchant lifecycle, personas, segmentation and user behaviour through the CRM platform.
  • Create and optimize content for EDM and push notification in the customer acquisition and activation flow. 
  • Develop and analyze reports to track metrics and conversion rates from marketing to sales performance. 


  • At least 1-2 years experience in marketing and strong knowledge in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Data driven, organised and detail-oriented
  • Strong analytical skill
  • Team player - able to work hand-in-hand with internal stakeholders
  • Able to demonstrate empathy to the target audience and strategise campaigns based on different personas
  • Highly proficient in written and spoken English. Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus.
