NimbleRx is a health technology startup offering a simple and fast prescription delivery app, in partnership with regional and independent pharmacies. Our mission is to bring pharmacies into the future by building a convenient and easy-to-use service, while rooting our team in a patient-first mentality. As a part of Nimble's Talent team, we will look to you to create the best experience for all of our candidates. Your responsibilities will include candidate sourcing and engagement to build a rapidly growing startup team, dedicated to disrupting health tech.
You will:
- Source, engage and hire mission-driven, quality candidates
- Coordinate with hiring managers to research and plan sourcing funnels
- Maintain a high engagement rate and provide an outstanding candidate experience
- Support the recruiting team by sharing tasks, knowledge and ideas for improvement
What you bring:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience, preferably in a fast-paced tech start-up
- Start-up mindset and ability to hustle to get the job done
- Applicant Tracking System experience (ie. Lever, Greenhouse, etc.) and strong technical aptitude
