This individual will own the overall roadmap for our core product offering for Lenders and will lead the team of Product Managers working in that product area. As a Product leader at Snapdocs, you will be responsible for managing, coaching and growing our Product team. You will help improve our product processes and cross functional collaboration to ensure we continue to build a world class product organization as our company scales. Additionally, you will own the roadmap for our core product offering for Lenders, ensuring that our product strategy drives lender growth, adoption, retention, and customer satisfaction. 
 
We are looking for a Product leader with 10+ years in Product Management and 3+ years of experience leading high growth Product organizations. You have deep experience coaching and mentoring teams with a number of those years building roadmaps in core areas for SaaS products. You have seen the movie of a scaling product organization and have been a part of teams that have gone from five to thirty Product Managers and helped shape best product practices while the team grew. You have strong business acumen and will be able to understand the needs of the company and how to prioritize roadmaps to drive success. You have a clear and concise communication style and are especially articulate in front of customers. Your organization skills are top notch and you are comfortable with keeping track of multiple work streams and roadmaps across teams. Empathy is your north star value and you have a strong focus on understanding our users and customer pain points. Lastly, you are a self starter and you strive to proactively identify problems and solutions to build world class products.
