NimbleRx is a health technology startup offering a simple and fast prescription delivery app, in partnership with regional and independent pharmacies. Our mission is to bring pharmacies into the future by building a convenient and easy-to-use service, while rooting our team in a patient-first mentality. We thrive on helping customers and making lives easier.
We're looking to bring on a well-rounded Marketing Manager focused on growth and performance to increase customer engagement and improve user acquisition, with a data-driven mindset.
You will:
- Create and execute marketing strategy to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Track and increase user-related metrics, including new patients, refill requests, and pharmacy engagement levels
- Run diverse marketing campaigns across platforms (ie. email, social media, etc)
- Use data to efficiently manage marketing resources
- Take ownership of Nimble's marketing goals and strategies
You bring:
- Several years' experience in a fast-paced, rapidly growing tech startup environment, preferably building successful CRM email marketing campaigns
- Ownership of growth and blended skills in performance marketing
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably Data, Math, or related field of study
- Ability to execute swiftly, with deliverable results
