Growth Marketing at Tessian
Tessian’s marketing team is looking for an innovative senior marketing manager with a growth mindset to own all of our paid acquisitions channels.
This is an amazing opportunity to join our rocket-ship, have a huge impact on our continuous growth, and be a key driver in the execution of our ambitious goals in 2021 & beyond 🚀
You’ll own a generous budget and have independence to enact our strategy, and have agency, design, and content support. You’ll be responsible for the planning, budgeting, execution and optimization of all Tessian’s paid acquisition investments, and you’ll be managing Google paid search, display, paid social (LinkedIn, Facebook) and more.
You’ll have a successful background in building and managing digital campaigns, and look forward to bringing knowledge of best practices, tools and growth marketing tactics as well as having strong web-analytics skills.
On a day-to-day basis, you’ll get to:
Develop and oversee a comprehensive paid digital marketing strategy and roadmap;
Help us achieve our pipeline goals, experiment, and increase engagement within our targeted accounts;
Establish ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, cost per MQL and cost per opportunity benchmarks;
Forecast and track conversions, pipeline generation, and engagement;
Provide regular reporting and analysis of insights to internal stakeholders;
Work closely with our regional field marketing teams to support their activities;
Partner with our Marketing Communications and Product Marketing teams to support messaging experimentation; and
Explore new and emerging digital marketing & acquisition opportunities.
We’d love to meet someone who:
Has significant experience with paid acquisition channels;
Has developed high ROI marketing campaigns, across multiple geographies and a wide range of channels;
Is able to drive overall digital marketing strategies from forecasting, budgeting, planning, and prioritization, through to campaign execution and optimization;
Has knowledge and experience with Hubspot, Adwords, Salesforce, Google Analytics and MS Excel;
Is able to understand and communicate data-insight recommendations, both in writing, and verbally, to stakeholders at all levels;
Has strong analytical skills with ability to drive meaningful experiments and A/B testing; and
Can collaborate effectively with internal and external teams in different time zones.
