This role is critical to ensuring that we find and recruit the very best talent and provide an exceptional candidate experience. This will be an end to end role, with significant sourcing of candidates, building strong Talent pipelines, and coordinating and administering our (predominantly) commercial roles in the US. You'll mostly be sourcing GTM professionals out of B2B Enterprise SaaS companies (ideally with Security backgrounds) so it's a significant advantage to have direct experience in the security arena.

You’ll report to our Acting Head of Talent based in the UK, help manage our applicant tracking system (Lever) and ensure that the recruiting process is seamless for everyone involved. You'll interact directly with our senior & Executive stakeholders in the US, and be the only Talent team member in your timezone, so you'll be able to hold your own in critically evaluating candidates & processes with hiring managers.

Things you'll be doing from day one include:

        Working with our team to rapidly build talent pipelines for our commercial teams. Higher volume positions include Sales Account Executives, Account Managers, Customer Success, and Sales Development Reps & Managers
        Ensuring job descriptions are created and posted for maximum exposure and to attract the very best talent
        Owning the candidate experience from start to end and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience: understanding candidate goals and needs, qualifying their competency and culture fit, managing the feedback loop, and coordinating an expedient and seamless interview process.
        Owning the stage-monitoring of our role pipelines and performing regular checks to ensure our applicant tracking system (Lever) is fully up to date, updating stages where needed, and communicating with candidates and Hiring Managers when applications are stuck awaiting scheduling, feedback, or review
        Maintaining our relationships with external recruiters, using their support where needed but always ensuring alignment with our values and priorities
        Helping plan and attend recruiting events, networking socials and employer branding events.
        Working with our internal People and Operations teams to ensure a successful transition from candidate to employee onboarding.   

We'd love to meet someone who:

        Has significant experience in talent acquisition (full life cycle recruiting, including experience seeking out passive talent, closing tough candidates, managing process and developing essential internal partnerships and helping build the brand)
        Has specific experience hiring for Enterprise B2B SaaS sales roles (Security a plus!) in a fast paced, high growth start-up environment
        May have some agency experience, but whose heart really belongs in-house uplifting a single mission.
        Is independent, a self-starter, and a self-learner
        Understands how to source for the best talent using job boards, professional networking sites, and social media.
        Has a passion for spotting talent and converting passive candidates
        Has experience building inclusive and diverse teams, and this is something close to their heart
        Thrives in environments that are busy, where there are multiple priorities to manage
        Has been in the trenches, fought the battles, and knows the pain points of recruiting
        Has exceptional written, verbal and phone communication skills
        Is a team player, but comfortable working solo
