Inside Sales Representative

At Carbon, we have created a new additive manufacturing (3D printing) process that is moving our industry and the concept of digital manufacturing into the public sphere for the first time. We are looking for enthusiastic, hungry, intelligent and communicative people to join our Inside Sales team. The Inside Sales Team leverages an ABM (account-based marketing) approach to engage with prospects to educate, identify and qualify organizations that are an ideal fit for Carbon DLS technology.  We are looking for people who are excited to learn and make an impact in this rapidly growing space!

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the ISR Team Lead, Marketing Team, Sales Leaders and Sales Directors to build a strong global pipeline across our Market Development industries (consumer, automotive, life sciences, industrial)
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to create and curate target account lists and ensure these are maintained/updated in Salesforce
  • Adapt the Carbon value proposition to prospects based on application fit and perceived pain points
  • Develop a strong “go to market” plan in conjunction with Marketing and Sales stakeholders to ensure tight alignment and approach to strategic target accounts (ABM)
  • Respond to all inbound leads in a timely and comprehensive manner
  • Effectively manage queues to ensure all leads are dispositioned and tracked in the system
  • Manage, track, and report sales activities & results using Salesforce and collaborate
  • with Marketing Ops to provide relevant feedback for process improvement
  • Consistently achieve or exceed stated pipeline performance goals, individually and as a team
  • Grow brand awareness and company advocacy via social media platforms

Key Qualifications:

  • 4-year degree from an accredited university
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales, tech sales preferred
  • Salesforce or related CRM experience
  • Outreach experience preferred
  • Account-Based Marketing experience preferred

Bonus Points:

  • Additive Mfg and/or IT/hardware/software selling experience
  • B2B sales experience
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Zoominfo
