Position Overview

As a Software Engineer, eCommerce, you will be working on payment, pricing, fraud, and inventory management. You will take business concepts and ideas and transform them to live products and workflows, used by millions of homeowners and sellers worldwide. From optimizing customer checkout flows to building scalable payment solutions and managing millions of products – we are looking for engineers who will work on challenging problems of scale. Your work will cater to both consumers and sellers.


Taking high level ideas and transforming them into live products, used by millions of homeowners and professionals from around the world

Building features for all parts of our web application, its libraries, widgets and custom features

Working cross-functionally across engineering, product, and design teams

Required Skills and Experience

Proficiency in full stack web-application development (LAMP stack)

Proficiency with relational databases (MySQL, etc.)

Ability to communicate across technical and non-technical groups

B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Computer Science or equivalent

Desired Skills and Experience

Familiarity with NoSQL databases and Lucene/Solr

2+ years experience
