The Qualtrics engineering team is growing rapidly. We’re looking customer-focused developers who are fanatical about software quality to design and build tools and test automation frameworks from the ground up. You will work with a broad range of technologies, including front-end frameworks (Angular/D3/C3), mobile platforms, and back-end frameworks (NodeJS). You will tackle problems that span a variety of domains: Big Data, Statistics, Machine Learning, Distributed Systems, and Workflow systems. You will have an opportunity to pioneer and spearhead designs and architectures to allow us to maintain a high bar while continuously delivering value to customers.
We are looking for candidates who are comfortable with high degrees of ambiguity, and relish the idea of solving problems by building tools, frameworks, automation, and infrastructure. You will tackle scalability and performance challenges, and will play an active role in setting a direction and vision for where we want to take the Qualtrics platform.
Design frameworks, tools, and automation for complex, distributed SaaS systems
Work closely with, and incorporate feedback from other engineers, techops, and product managers
Attend daily stand-up meetings, encourage collaboration, prioritization, and urgency to develop at a quality product
Research, share, and recommend new technologies and trends
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related
1+ years of experience creating test automation and frameworks from scratch(we are considering early, mid and senior career level QAE candidates)
Experience with test case management and scripting languages
Experience writing tests in Selenium
Experience with Service-Oriented Architecture and distributed systems
Excellent problem solving ability
