Job Description / Skills Required

You will:

Work closely with our recruiting team to use data to improve our hiring process, with particular focus on funnel metrics, candidate experience, and candidate quality

Provide actionable insights based on analysis of attrition and performance data

Improve our organizational health by identifying driving factors in company surveys and focusing on complete feedback loops

Design research processes around how to build effective teams and the best people managers, ultimately leading to partnerships with learning & development

You’d ideally have:

6+ years experience working with and analyzing large data sets to solve problems within the people or finance space

Expertise in statistical and analytical techniques

A collaborative approach to getting work done

Experience diagnosing organizational challenges and implementing their cross-functional solutions

Passion for organizational development and design

Nice to haves:

A PhD or MS in a relevant field (e.g., Industrial-Organizational Psychology or Social Organizational Psychology with a focus on quantitative methods)

5 years within a Management Consultant role focusing on People Operations within growing organizations

Experience scaling a similar function in a high-growth organization
