About the Role:

The Namely Marketing team is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing marketing team. Are you a passionate marketer who wants to make a big impact? Do you want to help mold and drive product strategy in a fast-growing company? Then this is the role for you. This person will be responsible for working directly with the product team to launch all new product and service initiatives, including a marketing launch and sales trainings. This person will also assist in strategic pricing decisions of new products and services.

You have a passion for leading and executing on strategic initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders
You are innovative, always bring new ideas to the table, and are willing to take risks. You aren’t ok with the status quo
You are a self starter, you don’t need someone telling you what to do or how to prioritize tasks
You want to work on a fast growing team that moves quickly, and often changes course based on data
You have 5+ years in marketing, and experience in product launches, pricing strategy, and sales enablement
You are a strong communicator both written and verbally
You are organized and can juggle several projects at once
Salesforce and HubSpot experience a plus.
Your responsibilities:
Create a business case and manage the full go-to-market execution for new products and services at Namely
Create marketing campaign including PR, blog posts, content, website, and social, to promote the launch of new products and services
Partner with sales programs to enable sales reps to be productive and effective, using product and content information
Work with product and sales to create and execute pricing decisions on new and existing products
Develop a repeatable up-sell and cross-sell program to increase revenue from Namely offerings
Work with product to help prioritize upcoming product and service launches
