As a VP of Product Management, AI, you will lead a strong product management team and partner closely with stakeholders in multiple business units and geographies, as well as customers and partner, to drive the product roadmap for [24]7’s flagship AI-based platform and products. You will be responsible for driving business growth and building innovative solutions that meet customer and business needs.

Scope of the position includes thought leadership, presentations to CEO and executive team, leading joint roadmap planning with significant partners, product definition and delivery for multiple product lines. The platform and technologies includes cloud-based APIs providing access to sophisticated AI technologies and services, tools and SDKs, multi-modal design environments and processes. The goal is to deliver next-generation AI-driven customer interactions to enterprises in particular the Fortune 100 customer set.

Own the Product Roadmap for the [24]7 AI-based platform, products and solutions in the portfolio
Build leading-edge AI-based customer service products for the largest enterprises in the world
Work closely with industry-leading technology and business partners to develop and delivery joint product roadmaps
Lead CEO-facing, executive-facing and customer-facing presentations to share and validate product roadmap
Lead, develop and coach a team of strong product managers to successfully defining and delivering product lines within the portfolio
Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.
Function as an expert in current market trends and the competitive landscape
Specify metrics for success, own and communicate metrics
Collaborate with engineering and cloud infrastructure leadership to drive roadmap delivery within specification, on time, and within budget.
Analyze new potential partner relationships and acquisitions for the product
Evangelism inside and outside the company
Multiple years leading product management teams, with overall industry experience of 10+ years
Demonstrated experience of developing products from concept to launch
Experience spanning some of the following AI domains: virtual agent products, chatbot services and tools, data-driven or predictive services, natural language and speech technologies
Has worked with SaaS or cloud-based platforms
Strong analytic and strategic thinking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong speaking and presentation abilities, experience in executive-facing presentations
Ability to collaborate actively & effectively with multidisciplinary team
Can work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapid growth environment
A team player with passion, initiative, and leadership ability

MBA degree
Experience with Enterprise Customer solutions
Experience working with agile software development
Experience with enterprise web, mobile, and social technologies
Familiarity with CRM solutions
