PlanGrid is the leader in construction productivity software and the first construction productivity software that allows contractors and owners in commercial, heavy civil, and other industries to collaborate easily from their mobile devices and desktop, managing blueprints, specs, photos, RFIs, field reports, and punch lists.

As we continue to expand our ecosystem we’re looking for an entrepreneurial Strategic Alliances & Partnerships Associate to help us maximize the impact of these partnerships on our business. In this role, you’ll be on the front-line as we launch and engage new partners.
About the Job

Define, develop and execute partner enablement and go to market programs
Collaborate with partners’ sales and marketing leaders to execute on joint events and campaigns
Solicit, create, and iterate on marketing and sales content highlighting partner integrations’ value
Drive and support sales engagement between PlanGrid and partner teams
Educate partner and PlanGrid field personnel on joint messaging and go to market motions
Work cross-functionally to translate partner feedback into improvements in our partner programs
Measure Field engagement and adjust strategy and tactics as needed
Solicit partner sponsorship for and participation in PlanGrid customer events
About You

3+ Years in an external-facing role
Experience in SaaS or the construction industry is a plus
Hardworking, action-oriented, & results-focused with a track record of exceeding expectations
Ability to think strategically, but quickly translate that into tactical execution
Organizational skills to manage competing projects with tight deadlines
Unparalleled written and verbal communication skills
Able to quickly establish rapport with people and establish value
Have a sense of humor and are a fundamentally good person
