As part of the Communications Team at Klarna, you’ll be embedded in a team responsible for implementing the content, layout and delivery of communications to consumers in all of Klarna’s markets.
Whether working on a feature that helps smooth communications with consumers or working on the tooling in support of communications, you’ll work in small teams, responsible for making sure that our users get the best experience possible.

As a Software Developer in the Communications team you will work on implementing design and engineering solutions to deliver communications using emails, SMS, letters and push notifications. Plus, you will develop and configure the logic relating to variables that will define the presentation of communications and maintain and support existing sendouts and workflows.
Implement workflows and components for communications using HTML and CSS.
Share your knowledge and help the team evolve best practices.
Work in CI/CD setup with Docker, Jenkins and AWS.
Be responsible for your production infrastructure and the full life-cycle of your code: you write it, you own it!
Experience with HTML and CSS, email composition as a plus.
Quality mindset and attention to details.
Ability to communicate effectively and work with different stakeholders.
