We’re looking for Data Scientists to help us build the data-driven heart of a modern insurance company.
As a Data Scientist on the Business Analytics team, you will:
Develop, instrument, and analyze key metrics that describe the health of the company.
Uncover risks and opportunities through analysis of past, current, and future strategic initiatives.
Disseminate learnings across multiple levels of Clover, from executives to All Company meetings.
Partner with clinical and operations teams to gauge the impact of initiatives designed to improve member health and company outcomes.
Help size opportunities and set priorities for Clover by estimating the potential impact of initiatives.
Acquire and bring structure to data so it can be used in our reports and data apps.

You have professional experience leading data science projects and being a peer to product, engineering, and operations teams.
