Mission



Your mission is to create fresh and exciting content for our social media to increase engagement and drive our business in addition to supporting the team on general day to day marketing activities



Responsibilities



Manage calendars, campaign content and assets across various social media channels

Work closely with the Social and Marketing teams to ensure initiatives are being supported

Take and source photos as needed to fill in campaign calendar

Show initiative and bring great new social media ideas to the table in order to make Stella & Dot’s social best in class

Assist with creating content across all visual social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest and Youtube

Photo curator; manage photo libraries, select photos to be featured on social, edit photos as needed.

Support the Marketing team with market research and create and manage document libraries

Ad Hoc marketing activities – helping at marketing events and general day to day activities (some weekend and evenings)

Qualifications:

• Solid understanding of current social media best practices

• Photography experience necessary

• Experience using social media management platforms

• Responsible, organized, and calendar-focused; ability to quickly shift plans as needed; connected and available to respond

• Background in Fashion, Beauty, or Accessories or a genuine love for this industry

• Proven ability to get things done in a complex, cross-functional environment

• Experience working for a successful lifestyle brand, preferred

• European languages (French & German) a BIG plus

• Bachelor’s Degree, Circa 1-2 years of experience
