We are seeking a Customer Engagement Manager to join Lattice’s Professional Services organization. The Customer Engagement Manager serves as a single point of contact responsible for managing new customer relationships, and leading internal resources to implement and deliver Lattice solutions.

A Customer Engagement Manager is the owner of multiple projects across various customers, and is responsible for leading and driving implementation projects that meet deliverables on time and on budget. Success requires that you be highly organized, technically proficient, and able to communicate effectively with marketing and sales professionals. The best candidates have a strong background in marketing and/or sales operations as well as predictive analytics. Candidates must be passionate about doing whatever it takes to make customers successful.


Lead services engagements from contract signature to successful delivery of the project in terms of scope, deliverables, budget, client satisfaction, and achievement of required business outcomes
Advise customers on best practices on using predictive analytics within marketing and sales processes
Manage all aspects of project delivery and solution delivery
Lead and manage the implementation project team, which includes Solutions Architects and Data Analysts
Prepare all client facing and internal deliverables such as the project plan and weekly status reports
Identify opportunities to provide additional value to our clients and to work internally with the Lattice account team to progress
Drive the continuous improvements of Lattice’s implementation methodology
Conduct project reviews to assess project outcomes and team performance
Conduct post-implementation transfer of knowledge with the Customer Success team
Travel approximately 25%

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree
At least 5 years of post-college work experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency communicating with technical as well as non-technical teams
Strong presentation and facilitation skills
Proven experience implementing enterprise software that incorporate large data sets
Experience analyzing data sets to identify trends, using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and/or RDBMS with SQL
Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons, and risks) while providing thought leadership to stakeholders in solving their business challenges
Strong project management skills
Highly organized, analytical, and process-oriented
Ability to reduce complexity and problem solve
Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, and ability to deal with cultural diversity

Desired Qualifications:

Experience with Salesforce
Experience with Eloqua and/or Marketo
Experience with cloud technologies and an understanding of cloud computing
