Core Responsibilities

Responsible for developing and leading people and processes as a part of a rapidly growing SaaS sales and marketing automation organization
Work alongside our VP of Growth to build our West Coast presence
Take a very hands-on approach to management/deal flow, including shadowing/running sales calls at the senior executive level
Personally take the lead on larger sales opportunities in the region
Manage sales opportunities through your team’s funnel to a successful close
Utilize creativity and tenacity to develop and improve how we target and penetrate new vertical markets
Successfully hire, train and manage the growing sales team in the region
Lead the outbound sales process within the region: lead qualification, prospecting, pipeline building and opportunity identification

Preferred Experience

Minimum of 6+ years of successful enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience with at least 3+ years of management
Demonstrable track record of above target performance, especially in a startup environment
Smart, organized, self-motivated, flexible and team player
