The Tooling & Monitoring Team provides a variety of tools and services to monitor and visualize KPIs. Everything from low level server and service metrics to application health to business feature monitoring and key performance indicators. Among the solutions we offer are Prometheus, AlertManager and Grafana as well as Spark.
You'll play an important part of making this happen by building engineering services with your team. Your role as Team Lead is to inspire, mentor and enable the team towards shared goals. You'll ensure the team's delivery capabilities and that engineering best practices and Agile development processes are applied.
We're looking for someone happy to be hands on technically and provide the technical roadmap for the team. We need you to be great at leading design discussions, retrospectives and empowering teams to find solutions to complex engineering challenges.
