Zoom is looking for a Technical Trainer. The Technical Trainer will lead technical training for public and private engagements with an emphasis on high interaction and attendee questions, provide high-touch support and project management for customer online events, and develop educational content for use in training sessions, support articles, blog posts, etc.
Lead technical training sessions for public and private engagements with an emphasis on high interaction and attendee questions.
Provide high-touch support and project management for customer online events (remotely and on site).
Develop educational content for use in training sessions, support articles, blog posts, etc.
Must be self-motivated, highly detail oriented and have expert communications and soft skills.
Recommend experience with Project Management and/or Virtual Event Management.
Bachelors or Master’s Degree
3+ years’ experience preferred
Exceptional communication skills including clear and concise writing, an engaging presentation style, and group facilitation skills.
Strong leadership and teamwork skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and roles.
Experience working cross-functionally, especially with internal clients or subject matter experts.
Software industry experience, ideally in the Saas industry.
