AgilOne’s Customer Success Account Coordinator on the Customer Success team is responsible for helping to develop relationships with a portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with day-to-day users, and developing an understanding of their business requirements and goals. Leveraging this customer knowledge, the Customer Success Account Coordinator will team with a Senior Customer Success Manager to help drive adoption, provide best practices, recommendations and insights to ensure customers maximize value from their investment and partnership with AgilOne.

You must have a good understanding of the customer’s business, their marketing activities, and serve as an advocate for our customers' needs. You will help facilitate timely and effective communications to ensure customer expectations are met. You demonstrate a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced environment by working closely across several departments. Candidates must be energetic, motivated, self-driven and passionate about making your clients successful while working with internal teams. You must demonstrate the ability to multi-task, problem solve, and think creatively. Our ideal candidate is a team player and balances customer needs and business needs leading to winning outcomes.

Responsibilities

Team with a Senior Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of clients for which you are responsible for ensuring their success, revenue growth, and retention
Assist with monitoring and identifying trends in adoption and feature utilization as part of ongoing account reviews
Participate and document discussions during client meetings and conference calls; prepare client-related documents such as meeting agendas, meeting materials/decks, meeting notes and other client communications and correspondence
Ability to manage multiple customer requests and ongoing projects simultaneously: prioritize, multi-task effectively and thrive in fast paced-team environment
Help facilitate and communicate resolution of issues; connect customers with the right resources for assistance
Ensure internal and external deadlines are met
Represent a knowledgeable and professional image of AgilOne with all customers
Collaborate across Implementation, Professional Services, Product, Support, Marketing and Sales to maximize overall customer experience

Qualifications

BA or BS degree required
0-2+ years in project management, business analytics, customer management, customer success, client services, or consulting; experience working at a SaaS-based marketing company or digital agency
Responsible, detail-oriented, self-motivated, accountable, and professional with a passion for doing whatever it takes to drive customer success
Problem solver demonstrating initiative, organization, efficiency and attention to detail
Results-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable communicating and interacting with clients and building relationships
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with CRM, database marketing, direct marketing and digital/brand marketing strategies
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce.com and other cloud-based applications
Ability to travel 10% of time
