We’re looking for a Product Marketer, Dental to lead the product positioning and technical marketing for our range of products and solutions focused on dental business opportunities. This role will report to our VP of Marketing and be dedicated to supporting our Dental GM.
In collaboration marketing team and sales colleagues, develop and lead innovative, integrated, multi-touch programs for the dental sector that generate high quality leads and drive revenue.
Identify market potential in different market segments and to create penetration plan to build market leadership
In collaboration with Product Management, collaborate closely on dental product portfolio, pricing framework and launch timing
Develop launch programs and strong activation plans to increase product uptake rate
Monitor, optimize, and report on program results and effectiveness, clear understanding of the lead process, lead tracking, including ROI, advising on required changes where necessary
Drive marketing’s operational connection to the Sales pipeline by target audience to ensure marketing programs are aligned with business demands and revenue targets.
Consolidate feedback and market insights collected by sales, support and training and input to strategy building and implementation
Acts as customer-facing Dental Marketing resource for sales team
In collaboration with marketing team-members; Produce and publish marketing content, directly manage all aspects of dental sales enablement asset creation, ensure that content is aligned with go-to-market messaging, brand guidelines, and positioning.
Develop core content for customer Case Studies, Whitepapers, Technical Solutions Briefs and other content for the dental market
Determine the most effective and cost-effective marketing channels to reach intended audiences and generate high quality sales leads
Directly manage dental customer and partner co-marketing
Interact with dental providers and societies, and develop programs for influencers and key opinion leaders
Contribute to the development of the annual and quarterly marketing plans and supporting budget.
Develop strong working relationships with all internal stakeholders.
Develop expertise in industry by understanding and monitoring market dynamics, competitive landscape, technology offerings, target segment groups, topics of interests, relevant industry publications, leaders etc.
BA degree in a medical or healthcare major preferred; MBA is a plus
Proven track record with more than 8 years of product management and/or marketing career from healthcare industry, like Pharmaceutical or Medical device. Dental or medical aesthetic experience is plus
Experience designing marketing content & assets, as well as developing and implementing integrated marketing programs to generate Sales leads
Demonstrated technical marketing aptitude
Comfortable to work in multidisciplinary and multicultural organization
Sales experience a plus
Excellent spoken and written communication skills
Able to travel local and abroad (more than 10-20% of working hours)
Strong implementation, excellence in execution and attention to details
Team contributor who cultivates collaborative work environment
Fast learner (clinical, regulation, etc)
