Percolate’s Digital Acquisition Associate is responsible for the planning and execution of digital marketing efforts, with a focus on crafting an SEM strategy to increase lead flow and marketing pipeline contribution. The candidate will assist in the management of budget, execution, and reporting of campaigns across all channels.
2+ years experience managing digital campaigns in an agency or fast-paced technology company
1+ years experience managing email automation systems like Mailchimp or Marketo
Deep knowledge and understanding of AdWords, GDN, Adroll, and LinkedIn advertising environments
Experience using Looker or Salesforce a plus
Proven analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making
Hands-on, entrepreneurial mentality
Excellent verbal, visual, and written communication skills
Communicate strategy, plans, progress, and metrics to leadership
Define and analyze key metrics that will inform decision making and measure success of program initiatives
Work closely with Percolate’s product marketing and design teams to develop and implement an integrated omnichannel marketing strategy
Manage a digital marketing budget and continuously optimize growth to achieve inbound KPIs
Manage, experiment, and A/B test social and digital messaging across all channels including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube
