About the role:
We place our customers and community at the center of what we do. We want them to connect with their local foodmakers and to come away thrilled with their Good Eggs experience.
We’re looking for a Community Care Advocate to help us change our food system for the better: someone who’s motivated to go the extra mile for our customers; who can engage with our community in meaningful ways.
The Community Care Advocate is based in our San Francisco food hub, and combines customer service, community engagement, building strategy to engage and retain customers long-term and operational problem-solving.
This full-time role pays $18/hour with perks like free meals and a company discount. We are looking for someone who has flexibility to work some weekend and evening hours as needed.
Provide our customers and community with outstanding support via email and phone—both reactively and proactively
Troubleshoot customer issues and find quick solutions
Compile data from customer feedback; create actionable reports to share with larger team
Work closely with our operations team to ensure customer requests are fulfilled
Communicate clearly cross-functionally in order to find solutions for customers’ needs
Identify areas for improvement based on customer feedback, work closely with our product team to cycle feedback to the right places, acting on solutions and building strategies for customer retention
