The Partner Management team forms a key part of Klarna’s growth strategy, and operates alongside a group of talented and hungry Key Account Managers and our Technical Sales team. They focus on our biggest global partners and build new relationships with e-commerce platform providers and integrators.

Senior Partner Manager PSP Partnerships
in Munich or Berlin.
Your team & role
You will be working on our existing partner base as the direct responsible for identifying revenue potential and expansion opportunities, as well as providing ongoing account and relationship management
Independently manage and develope a set of global key PSP partners for Klarna’s core products, Pay now, pay later and slice it
You will have the responsibility for the volume and contribution of your global key PSP partners
Increase our brand awareness and market share
You will establish a close relationship with local partner managers and sales managers to find the best approach to our PSPs and merchants, including lead management
You will be following our global partner strategy
Participate in partner events, fairs and congresses and represent our brand
Your experience & skills
Economically/commercial oriented university degree
Previous experience in Partner Management and the payment/fintech/e-commerce industry, with proven business acumen and significant PSP knowledge
Ability to develop relationships and at the same time identify new market opportunities as well as set and meet aggressive objectives
Abilitiy to be an ambassador for our partners internally at Klarna, highlighting the importance of your internal stakeholder management skills
Ability to influence those around you and enthuse people about projects
Ability to operate in matrix organisations and being a team player wanting to be on the winning side
Communication, negotiation and analytical skills, combined with a hands-on attitude
Passion about fintech, e-commerce, online startups and deep interest in developing businesses
Willingness to travel on a frequent basis
Fluent in English, German is a plus
