Field Operations Specialist (Part Time)

Job Description / Skills Required

Field Operations is the foundation of Clutter’s core business, creating the experience with customers that has helped us raise nearly $100M to disrupt traditional public/physical storage. We are looking for positive energy candidates to join this flexible, active work environment in our Commerce, CA location to service the greater Los Angeles area.

What we ask:

Complete 1-3 jobs per day on a team of up to 4 specialists with shifts starting between 5:00am-11:00am

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain Clutter property (tools, packing supplies and technology)
Implement all Clutter policies and processes consistently and effectively
Drive to and from customer homes using Clutter vehicles
Work safely and efficiently to transport customer possessions with care as a mover, truck driver, and material handler
Pack/unpack & load/unload Clutter trucks & vans
Perform truck inspections and inventory check

Experience:

Class C driver’s license and clean driving record (required)
1+ year in a customer-facing role
Comfortable using technology and excellent communication skills
Ability & desire to safely move, pack & scan items that may weigh more than 50 lbs
