Sales Operations Manager

Do you have what it takes to build out Clever’s Sales Ops from scratch? We’re looking for two core competencies above all else - Salesforce administration and quota setting. If you’re an expert in both with the passion to match, you might be the person we’re looking for to partner with sales management and take us to the next level.

Responsibilities:

Set territory and quota
Optimize and customize Salesforce, build dashboards, and perform ad hoc analysis to identify trends and track leading indicators
Forecast revenue growth & churn while uncovering opportunities for growth
Measure, and help optimize, sales productivity and customer profitability
Assist in the development of sales on-boarding programs

Qualifications:

You have insatiable curiosity and love improving sales processes by asking questions, looking at data, and deciding on what actions to take based on results
You have started the Sales Ops function at a startup before, or have 3+ years of experience in a Sales Ops function at a high-growth SaaS company
You have a strong track record of modeling team performance and increasing team productivity
You're a Salesforce master and can easily build complex dashboards and reports, custom report types, calculated fields, and workflows
You're very comfortable with SQL (Apex a strong plus!)
You're a great collaborator and teacher who not only identifies process improvements, but engages the team in effectively implementing them
You are comfortable working with ad-hoc business development tools (e.g, Tableau, Domo, Chartio, etc.)
