What We Need

We are seeking non-licensed individuals with 2+ years’ experience in Financial Services and a passion for customer service to join Prosper’s Customer Experience Team in the Investor Services group. As a Customer Experience Agent III, you will be responsible for assisting retail investor clients with their investment accounts in a fast-paced, customer centric environment. Successful candidates will be self-starters who have an entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to make a difference by delivering Investor feedback to Product (Technology), Operations, QA and other internal stakeholders.

What You Will Do?

Provide daily support to Prosper’s client base via phone, e-mail, chat and other channels as business needs require
Educate existing investors on the benefits of investing in unsecured consumer credit through the Prosper marketplace
Qualify new investors through proactive outreach to clients, pipeline prospects, and record progress
Identify and help prioritize new product enhancements with Prosper management
Work cross-functionally with Prosper's internal stakeholders to solve technical, operational, and accounting questions
Demonstrate basic understanding of Prosper data files and analytics
Assist senior team members with recurring monthly investor reporting responsibilities and other administrative tasks
Is passionate about alternative investment instruments and crowdfunding, stays current with latest company and industry news
What You Will Need To Have?

2+ years relevant experience in Banking, Asset Management, Brokerage or related Financial Services sector
Proven ability to provide superior client service support
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing, start-up environment
Ability to drive solutions to complex problems quickly and successfully, both individually and as part of a team effort
Willingness to learn new skills and embrace a team-first culture
Microsoft Office/Suite proficient
Strong attention to detail
Highly organized
Experience with customer relationship management systems preferred (Zendesk)
