We are looking for a creative and talented Website Manager to join our San Jose, CA team and drive the implementation of future web strategy. You will collaborate with Marketing, Web Team and Sales to build the strategy, roadmap, project plans, and analytics of our website properties that results in pipeline creation, new customer acquisitions and improved experience across the customer lifecycle.
Manage & implement overall strategy for zoom.us
Work with web engineering team to optimize website structure and content according to SEO and CRO best practices
Own eCommerce website strategy and optimization
Develop Personalization campaigns for improved user experience and lead optimization
Continually experiment with new ways to drive engagement and optimize leads/sales
Report monthly usage statistics and work with stakeholders to develop content to support additional website developments as needed
Collaborate with and educate campaign specialists to develop SEO activities and related reporting.
Support Digital Marketing efforts on landing page creation and optimization for digital campaigns
Collaborate with Business Operations and Engineering to evaluate and adopt new tools as needed
Send company-wide updates on website changes and roadmap
Support marketing team with additional duties as required
BS in related field
3-5 years experience as Website Manager (SaaS experience a plus)
Experienced in SEO, CRO, and E-commerce flows
Proven ability to translate buyer journey and personas, brand story and product messaging into an engaging experience for users
Experience creating a contextual, dynamic experience for target audiences
Demonstrated ability to balance the demands and requirements of multiple departments and stakeholders while managing priorities to support business goals
Strong communication and project management skills
Experience with Google Analytics, Demandbase, Optimizely and JIRA
