Unity Technologies is looking for an experienced customer-oriented Sales Development or Sales Marketing leader to join our growing Brand Advertising team. Unity Advertising currently delivers over 20 billion ad requests and is aggressively growing our brand demand to fill this high value supply. Unity Advertising currently delivers over 20 billion ad requests per month, but to-date, this inventory is primarily filled by endemic game advertising. As the Sales Development & Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for creating the strategies and materials to help grow our direct Advertising Sales efforts. We’re looking for someone who can balance multiple initiatives – including revamping our pitch decks, answering RFPs, and project managing our campaigns. This exciting position will drive the future of Unity’s Ad Sales position in the marketplace and define new, scalable processes to enable growth over the next 12 months.
Take leadership position in supporting 6-8 salespeople around the globe
Create PowerPoint decks for in-person meetings and RFP responses that communicate Unity’s unique story
Project manage complex campaigns – including building out custom creative and troubleshooting client tech
Manage optimizations and reporting for ad campaigns
Assist VP of Business Development in fleshing out strategy to achieve org-wide goals
Liaise with product and engineering to address delivery issues and inform new products
Minimum of 4 years in Sales Development, Sales Marketing, or Account Management at digital media publisher – gaming a plus!
Ability to multi-task with varied list of responsibilities in constantly evolving space
Experience in mobile in-app programmatic advertising – video and interactive ads preferred
Detail-oriented and creative. Capable of problem-solving to create compelling RFP responses and then execute out-of-the-box, or first-to-Unity campaigns.
