We are looking for a Recruiting Manager to lead a team of recruiters and sourcers for a portion of the Enabling functions. This individual will report to the Foundation Recruiting Manager who leads all G&A and operations recruiting.

Responsibilities:

Manage recruiters and sourcers within the Foundation Recruiting team to successfully deliver on hiring targets and increase productivity.
Responsible for driving overall success of pod including managing delegation of roles (appropriate levels, teams, etc) and overall accountability of pod
Provide guidance, mentorship, and career development to recruiters and sourcers
Ensure the team is utilizing and following our current hiring processes (utilizing core competencies, conducting hiring manager kick-offs, properly using Greenhouse, etc)
Be leadership example for entire pod in everyday interactions
Strategize with foundation recruiting manager and the rest of recruiting leadership team to deliver on recruiting plans
Create, analyze, and distribute data, metrics and performance reports on a weekly basis
Partner closely with business and functional leaders, along with Talent Partners to ensure recruiting strategy, prioritization and headcount alignment
Recruit: manage full cycle recruiting process for 2+ searches per quarter, ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience

Qualifications:

5+ years experience in full-cycle recruiting, plus at least 2 years managing recruiters and/or sourcers
Experience partnering with business leaders in a complex matrixed environment is a plus
Proven track record of successfully identifying, engaging and hiring exceptional candidates in a fast paced environment
Deep understanding of using metrics to drive performance, find efficiencies and diagnose issues within the recruiting process
Strong ability to coach, mentor and develop recruiters and sourcers and support goals
Must be able to influence across all functions and levels in the organization
Excellent communication and organizational skills
