About the role:
With the recent launch of the Chartboost Exchange and our rapid movement into programmatic, this is an opportunity to drive stronger relationships and strategy with our mediation and attribution partners that are instrumental to our success. The ideal candidate for this role is a self-starter, has programmatic experience in ad tech, understands the mediation and attribution landscape at a high-level, and enjoys establishing strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate is also comfortable operating in a rapid and ever-changing environment to drive the growth of our business!
Work directly with mediation and attribution partners to gain a better understanding of data and key metric reporting, improve speed and efficiency of troubleshooting challenges, and discover new opportunities to partner and grow together
Set up frequent and iterative in-person meetings and lunch & learns with key mediation and attribution partners and internal stakeholders to ensure we are keeping pace and innovating with the industry
Partner with internal Chartboost teams to share best practices, and help own and lead discrepancy and other issue resolution by troubleshooting publisher and advertiser related issues
Proactively promote knowledge-sharing and best practices to the Chartboost account management teams
Work cross-functionally with the business, support, product, and engineering teams to ensure mediation updates and enhancements are being met
Perform ongoing data analysis that will ensure campaign success; interpret data relationships and performance metrics
Gain a solid understanding of the various ad formats and products and provide expertise to partners and internal teams
Project manage the end-to-end process for the implementation and release of mediation and attribution features and improvements
Strong understanding of major attribution + mediation platforms and measurement practices
High-level understanding of the programmatic industry and the key players
Expertise on the technical specs within the mobile landscape (Attribution, SDK’s, API, etc)
Bachelor’s degree, and 3+ years of directly relevant experience
Passionate about the mobile app and adtech ecosystem and excited by the growth opportunities.

Strong understanding in excel is required, and proficiency in SQL, Tableau, MMX or other data systems is a strong plus
