Our Growth & Monetization team drives business growth through rapid experimentation and data-driven insights. We’re responsible for understanding the end-to-end customer funnel in order to optimize monetization opportunities and help users realize the full potential of our products. We work closely with many teams across the company, including Product, Engineering, Analytics and Sales.
We’re looking for a Growth Manager for our individual plans, Dropbox Plus and Professional. This means designing lifecycle programs on various marketing channels to increase user engagement and revenue. You’ll leverage marketing and growth tactics to drive product awareness and grow conversion rates. Drive conversion growth through email, mobile, and in-product notifications
Design campaign experiments to optimize growth and engagement; build and execute on our internal marketing automation platforms
Create a consistent journey to assist users through their early lifecycle and drive product awareness
Prioritize opportunities for improvement; generate data-driven hypotheses for alternate user communication strategies
Analyze data to monitor campaign performance (i.e. volume, engagement, and user behavior trends) and discover areas for improvement
Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Growth, Product Marketing, and Analytics teams to identify opportunities and ship improvements
Identify and own strategy for converting high-value segments of the Dropbox users
2-3 years B2B and/or B2C experience in growth, product, or lifecycle marketing
Experience in optimizing and developing content for user-facing platforms (email, push notifications, web)
Strong analytical skills - ability to derive findings and present to stakeholders
Experience with A/B testing
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage various stakeholders
Core understanding of subscription products and self-serve sales preferred
