How will you be doing this?
Proactively liaising across the organization on all levels to understand recruitment requirements
Driving the hiring requirements across of APAC region, including Beijing, Tokyo, Seoul and Singapore.
Identifying and sourcing top talent by researching industry trends, attending local conferences and events, networking, and promoting in-house and campus referral programs
Driving employer branding and recruitment marketing campaigns
Developing interview guides for candidate assessment, conducting thorough candidate assessment via phone or in-person interviews, and managing the candidate experience by ensuring that candidates have a positive interaction at all stages of the recruitment process
Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline by proactively responding to the business needs Managing relationships with headhunters
Creating and documenting detailed recruitment project plans, which encompass timelines, strategies, cost, resources, and ROI of various recruiting activities and efforts
Driving hiring through creative channels such as sponsored events, campus recruiting, technical job boards and via social networks Tracking critical recruitment data, producing regular and ad-hoc metrics and reporting on recruiting activities, and update, annotate, and maintain our applicant tracking system
What will you bring to the team?
You are an extremely extroverted, organized and personable individual who is passionate about working with a high caliber team in an international startup environment. Your energy should be infectious and your interest in technology and business ample.
5+ years of in-house recruiting or agency recruitment experience
Strong track record of successful hiring technical talent in Internet, mobile, or engineering/software development industries
Active networker with strong existing candidate pipeline Outside-the-box approach to solving recruitment marketing challenges
You are structured, punctual and efficient in the way you handle projects and tasks
Strong project management skills, and be able to work well in diverse teams
Ability to prioritize and multi-task deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in Microsoft Office applications/ Google docs
Fluent in English Fluent , Japanese is a big plus
