Our customer success team is the cornerstone of the Clutter customer's experience, as we educate & on board customers to our brand new platform & product. Our team's timely feedback & empathetic responses has build the trust that helped us raise nearly $100M to disrupt traditional public/physical storage. We are looking for positive energy candidates to join this flexible, active work environment in our Culver City headquarters to service the company at a national level.

What we ask:

Represent the Clutter brand to customers externally in a way that improves brand perception
Interact with customers on a daily basis via phone, email & text (Check us out on CNBC here!)
Coordinate with our Operations teams to quickly resolve issues that are important to our customers

Job Responsibilities:

Become the resident expert on the Clutter platform and will help customers arrange deliveries, pick-ups, account issues, and much more
Provide clear and simple explanations of concepts and processes to customers
Quickly respond to customer inquiries to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
Work cross-functionally with other departments to prioritize, coordinate and apply resources as needed


Bachelor's degree from a top university
Consistent track record of success with a passion for exceptional service
Clear, concise communicator with the ability to stay calm in high-pressure situations
Self-starter, possesses flexibility to work in a fast-changing environment with flexible shifts and ambiguous situations
Desire to push the envelope and challenge status quo while respecting the process
Energetic attitude, willingness to perform and get things done with a can do attitude
