At Front, we’re redefining business communication and collaboration with our shared inbox for teams. Front brings all of your communication channels (email, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) into one place, so you can triage and assign messages, have internal conversations around them, and even sync your work across other services you use from Salesforce to Github. Today, over 2,000 companies rely on Front to power communication in their business, and we’re just getting started.

As an Account Executive, you’ll help introduce Front to prospects of all sizes across Europe. You will act as the primary point of contact for every new signup, and will be directly responsible for educating, providing awe-inspiring product demonstrations, and onboarding companies as they make the transition from prospect to customer. You’ll work closely with multiple teams across Front to ensure customer success at every stage during the sales process.


Prospecting — calling and emailing key contacts across an organization, including C-Suite

Understanding customer needs fully and articulating the relevant benefits of Front

Matching use cases effectively to the Front platform

Documenting key details properly including main use case, deal timeframe, and drive next steps

Building informal rapport with contacts to encourage long term relationships

Providing thorough product demonstrations, both virtually & on-site

Prioritizing opportunities and ownership of pricing negotiations through close

Using Salesforce for lead management and pipeline forecasting

Turn leads into happy Front customers, regardless of the deal size


3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (Sales, Management consulting, Customer Success)

If relevant, consistent overachievement against sales targets in past experiences

Strong written and verbal communication skills in 3 languages: English, French and an additional European language (ideally Dutch, German, Swedish)

Empathy and a unique ability to understand customer needs

Highly analytical when it comes to deals context understanding and prioritization of efforts

A great attitude and ability to collaborate in a small team

Highly organized with exceptional follow up skills

Excellent academic qualifications
