Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and accomplished team member to make significant contributions to Global Indirect Procurement within our Procure to Pay (P2P) Organization, to help us scale and optimize our indirect procurement function.

This is a fast paced and dynamic role working closely with internal partners as well as with legal and finance teams to proactively identify, gain support for, and lead strategic sourcing and tactical sourcing efforts. You'll work across multiple teams and complex product/service categories including facilities management, construction, legal, human resources, finance, professional services, and marketing.


You'll support the development of annual and multi-year strategic souring plans
You will develop global category sourcing strategies and plans for complex products and services
You'll utilize historical spend data, product/service agreements, company budgets, and other data to build a pipeline of sourcing opportunities
You will execute complex strategic sourcing engagements as well as more immediate tactical sourcing requirements for internal stakeholder teams
You'll establish strong relationships with and be able to influence mid to senior level partners
You'll drive challenging and continuous improvement projects
You will support the team in planning and performance management efforts
You'll mentor team members to drive innovative strategic and tactical sourcing methods


7+ years of experience leading global medium to high complexity strategic sourcing engagements for several of the following categories: facilities management and construction, professional services, marketing, finance, legal, professional services, and/or human resources - e.g. creative and media agencies, management consulting and legal rate cards, health care benefits, contingent labor, construction services, architecture services, business process outsourcing, etc.
2+ years of ERP/P2P utilization experience - NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc
Experience autonomously running multiple successful dynamic projects and engagements
Strong project management and negotiation skills with a past success of achieving meaningful improvement of terms through negotiations
Ability to collect, cleanse, analyze data for actionable results
Experience leading continuous projects with an ability to influence others without a mandate or formal policy
Technology industry and/or prior management consulting experience is preferred
