Solution Architects focus on revenue growth through new logo acquisition and growth opportunities in existing customers. [24]7 is seeking an experienced Sales Engineer Manager and business-savvy technologist with a passion for customer advocacy and solution development. Your ability to collaborate with your team, members of the Sales team and other parts of the organization will be vital to onboard new customers.

The world’s largest and most recognizable brands are using intent-driven engagement from [24]’s to assist several hundred million visitors annually, through more than 1.5 billion conversations, most of which are automated.

At [24] Customer Acquisition Cloud we are faced with millions of data points to try to solve the challenge to get the best predictions on cost and performance that translates into customer value in the Google AdWords marketplace and similar channels. You will be faced with many unknown patterns in the data that is dependent on a huge parameter space, a complex and adaptive auction, complicated by ever changing competitor behavior. You will be part of a core team responsible for making complexity simple and help our prospects and clients bring their business to their next level using our product.

Profile - The ideal candidate has demonstrable experience in:

Pre-sales engineering, sales consulting, or solution architecting plus strong client and market based thinking
Building compelling business cases and technical solutions that leverage [24]7 technology differentiators - designing analytics, architecting cloud software solutions, and/or computer/IT solutions supporting enterprise requirements
Experience with Google AdWords marketplace and similar channels plus SEM, Display and Personalization approaches
Experience in Digital Marketing plus client interaction with advertisers and agency clients
Leadership of virtual/ad-hoc teams in global pre-sales activities including responding to the technology and solution sections of RFx’
Data driven and fast learner with excellent analytical skills, logical and structured thinking
Able to visualize or report your results/analysis in a way that is clear, unambiguous and impactful
Strong Excel skills plus interest in programming, statistics, Python & s3 a plus here

Key SELLING Responsibilities

Help clients understand the technical aspects of the [24]7 Predictive Search Biddings & Personalization approach.
Support advanced stage opportunities and current client engagements as the technical SME with technical decision makers.

Deliver compelling product info, pre-sales analyses and competitive analysis that highlight the business impact [24]7 solutions provide, collaborating with the Account Execs & Account Managers to improve bookings results, performance, satisfied client requests and provide insights into their business.
Support Deal Desk and RFx Teams as applicable for key information with RFP/RFI’s opportunities. 

QA test set-ups and deep dive into performance numbers with Excel or other preferred analytical tools
Lead, contribute to the [24]7 Customer Acquisition blog
Gain exposure to other [24]7 products and understand how they all fit together to become a well-rounded digital marketing offering.

Required Qualifications

BS/MS in technical field, preferably Computer Science, Data Sciences, Engineering, or equivalent preferred with 5+ years of total work experience to include 3+ years in revenue-generating client relationships, consulting, professional services, or product and program management; MBA or other finance degree or equivalent work experience is a plus.
Demonstrable experience with one or more of the following technical areas is required: digital transformation, ecommerce, mobile, web development, customer service solutions, CRM integration, machine learning, AI, systems integration, and SaaS.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative technology environment with multiple client engagements.
Demonstrate strong program management and organizational skills, and an ability to adapt to fast-paced business conditions.
Ability to clearly and concisely convey technical information and business impact to C-level enterprise executives.
Ability to interact with and develop relationships with a diverse group of personnel ranging from senior executives to middle managers to individual contributors, both within [24]7 and within a clients’ enterprise.
Strong analytical skills combined with world-class written and verbal communication abilities.

This position requires occasional travel both domestically and internationally.
