What We Need

We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Enterprise Risk Management to support Prosper’s Enterprise Risk Management program. The Senior Analyst, Enterprise Risk Management will report to the Senior Director, Enterprise Risk Management. He or she will support and maintain frameworks and processes for managing enterprise, operational, and technology risk, as well as risk governance. The individual will help to maintain Prosper’s reputation at the forefront of the FinTech industry by executing and delivering on a long term strategy for managing risk in an ever-changing industry.

What You Will Do

Support aspects of enterprise risk, with a strong focus on operational and technology risk management to ensure continued reliability, security and interoperability of functions across Prosper;
Manage aspects of the relationship with Bank Originator (e.g., site visits, weekly calls, etc.), ongoing questions and requests, materials and information, including requests that require cohesive cross-functional responses;
Manage issues management processes;
Configure Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) System for continuous improvement, maintain information, and develop reporting and dashboards for multiple stakeholders;
Manage the inventory of policies and procedures, including credit policy version history;
Manage development of Enterprise Risk and Information Security Committee (eRISC) materials and take minutes in order to facilitate effective decision-making by senior management of the company’s key and emerging risks.
What You Will Need To Have

3+ years total work experience in financial services and/or technology industry
Excellent writing and communication skills
Continuous improvement/learning mindset
High energy and passionate about risk management
Strong business sense and analytic skills
Ability to independently run a project
Organized and detail oriented
Flexibly to work in a start-up environment, moving quickly and handling changing priorities
Bachelor's Degree required, MBA is a plus
Experience using a GRC tool is a plus
