As we continue our fast growth, we are looking to add to our Brand Partnerships team within the Business Development group. We are hiring a Strategic Partner Associate to manage partner relationships with our brand partners. In this role, you will have responsibilities including, but not limited to, recommending and implementing tactics to achieve brand goals with our suite of campaigns, driving key business insights, implementing new operational processes, and managing client needs.



Responsibilities

Assist in leading key client relationships with select Instacart brand partners alongside Sales team, actively engaging to meet their campaign goals and needs
Work with Brand Partnerships Sales Directors, Campaign Coordinators, and cross-functional teams to guide implementation of brand strategies and accomplish goals on tight deadlines
Establish processes and reporting to help streamline the team’s operations
Lead launch process for new brand partners, overseeing catalog cleanup across retailers
Perform data analysis and provide insights for brands based upon program performance, while also working closely with Director of Brand Insights to drive key business insights
Architect strategies alongside Sales Directors and Strategic Partner Managers to help brand partners grow their business on Instacart
Be a part of team driving relationships with CPG partners, problem-solve and troubleshoot daily operational issues, approaching all facets with an analytical, data-driven mindset
Develop a deep understanding of Instacart's business operations, including internal processes, functional group strategies, and competitive context


Skills we are looking for

3-5 years previous experience
Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex issues
Experience with large data sets and ability to extract business insights from analysis (Experience in SQL, Tableau preferred)
Familiarity with tools of the trade (eg. Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Google Drive)
Solid stakeholder management skills, both for internal and external stakeholders
Quick communication response times
Ability to manage across functions and present to leadership
Creative problem-solver
Comfort with ambiguity and a rapidly evolving business landscape
