Job Description / Skills Required

OVERVIEW

The Professional Services Associate Consultant is a key member of the Professional Services Team charged with management of the self-service implementation program, and support and guidance of PS software including project management, survey and customer training tools. The Associate Consultant also assists with ad hoc internal projects, manages systematized client communications during implementation, and helps with services reports and analytic projects. The Associate Consultant will partners with senior members of the PS team on large strategic account implementations, conducts customer ad hoc trainings and leads mid market deployment projects as needed.

The Professional Services Associate Consultant reports directly to the Professional Services Operations Manager and partners closely with the entire services team.


Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Partners with senior members of the PS team on large strategic account implementations
Supports the HireVue self-service implementation process (Express) including content development and updates (videos, guides, tutorials etc), process design, customer communications, customer consulting sessions, and overall success of the program
Partners with other teams such as Customer Success and Support to ensure the self-service process and content is seamless and up-to- date at all times
Supports the Professional Services team by managing implementation projects as needed
Creates and deploy automated new customer communications such as welcome emails, training notifications, and other key information
Conducts customer training
Assists the I/O and PS Consulting team with Assessments projects by setting up Job analysis interviews and Video Assessments in the HireVue Research Studies account and Monitoring progress, including sending completion updates to clients
Configures the HireVue Research Studies account to support needs of specific validation study
Configures new customer and partner accounts including feature setup, mapping of client data to SalesForce, and adding new users
Liaisons between artistic and development teams to coordinate projects and customizations for clients
Assists in Professional Services reporting and analytic projects as needed
Provides assistance with internal PS development projects
PS team support and guidance on PS software systems
Performs other duties as required or needed to support the Professional Services team


To successfully execute these functions you will need:

Experience navigating and learning online systems such as project management software, SalesForce, and SaaS applications
Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, multi-task across many assignments and create deliverables with little or no direction
Experience in project management with the ability to coordinate and manage across teams within tight timelines
A focus on execution with the ability to self-manage through ambiguity
Passion for outstanding customer service
Ability to develop and sustain peer and client relationships with a professional demeanor


REQUIREMENTS
Preferred:

Great written, oral communication, and presentation skills
Ability to thrive in an Entrepreneurial and fast paced evolving environment
Flexibility and a willingness to do what it takes to create successful processes and support the changing needs of the team
Experience with Photoshop and video editing software such as Camtasia
Experience in HR or Recruiting
Experience working with a process design tool such as Visio or Lucidchart


Required:

Minimum of 3 years of experience leading projects
B.S. or B.A.
Prior experience leading trainings
Experience working in systems such as SalesForce, online tracking systems, or SaaS products
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Must possess a collaborative working style and thrive in a team environment
Focus on achieving rapid results
Energetic self-starter with ability to work independently
Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint)
