As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for working with strategic accounts to generate new business as well as play a key leadership role in the company as you drive strategic enterprise-wide social, digital and mobile initiatives for companies in the financial services vertical. You should have a proven track record of exceeding quota in technology sales and be a motivated and tenacious self-starter who is comfortable selling to Marketing, Sales Operations, and other C-level executives.
Execute strategic selling concepts within top tier financial services companies to develop required pipeline, uncover account Critical Business Issues, executed effective sales cycles and achieve defined quota.
What you will accomplish:
Create and manage pipeline of new business opportunities through inbound and outbound efforts
Consistently Build a strong pipeline incorporating a defined mix of our 4 products
Close 30% to 40% of pipeline
Ownership of client satisfaction and retention
Identify compelling event to drive account decisions
Participate in and help build the positive culture of the global sales organization
Ability to gain deep understanding of Hearsay solutions and value proposition
Deep understanding of the financial services industry (Wealth Management, Insurance, Asset Management, Mortgage)
Strong collaboration/communication skills and ability to work with marketing and sales development team in account based marketing activities
Expert in strategic selling, solution selling, challenger sales principals
Minimum of over five years of above quota performance closing six figure transactions
Ideally 3+ years of experience at high growth SaaS company preferred Optimistic disposition
